Stupa Sports Analytics is a well-funded and fast-paced startup specializing in Sports Analytics. It is a global sports analytics company, driven by love for Table Tennis.

The company has developed an end-to-end scalable platform that includes performance analytics for athletes, an event management system for federations, OTT for fans, content and live streaming for betting and media platforms. Additionally, Stupa's AI-enabled video analytics can also be consumed by national federations & broadcasters for enhancing the viewing experience for fans and followers. Our mission is to solve real problems in the simplest, most elegant manner possible, where agility, flexibility, and speed are essential.

Role Overview: The Founder's Office will play a crucial role in supporting the Founder in strategic initiatives, research, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and projects.

- Conduct market research, data analysis, and compile comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.

Presentation Development:

- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Visualize complex data and concepts in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences.

Project Management:

- Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope.

- Work closely with various departments and external partners to execute projects efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the Founder's Office and internal/external stakeholders.

- Prepare communications on behalf of the Founder, including emails, proposals, and reports.

Meeting Preparation & Follow-up:

- Prepare materials for meetings and ensure the Founder is well-informed of upcoming commitments. Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution.

Confidentiality:

- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA in a related field is a plus; Master's Degree preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

- Experience in project management and strategic planning.

- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

- Excellent Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

- Ability to follow strategy and influence under leadership guidance.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
