Job Description - SEO Manager We are looking for a seasoned SEO capable of driving commercial success at scale. The successful candidate will lead the SEO marketing program for entire Studypad. You will have a vision of what the business needs to succeed. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company. This role has responsibility for both strategy and execution, and as such, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with technical teams, as well as the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders. Responsibilities SEO Strategy - Creating a roadmap of SEO marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth. - Create and implement strategy for on-page and off-page search engine optimization. - Implement link building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals. - Provide requirements for content and work with editorial/content teams for content creation - Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending the plan of action - Perform comprehensive keyword research in coordination with the buyer persona &amp; business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. - Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on structure of website (elements, URLs, metadata) - Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments. Data Analytics &amp; SEO Tools - Ability to analyze competitor strategies for SEO (link building, content, social media etc.) and recommend changes in our strategy. - Administer search engine tools (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting and analysis. - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in goals. - Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance. Requirements - 5+ years of relevant experience with SEO - Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large data sets - Engineering educational background is mandatory - Profiles with only consulting experience are not preferred - Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment. - Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams. - Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and derive consensus. - Experience with ASO for Google Play and/or App Store would be a big plus About the Company StudyPad's vision is to transform K-12 learning by making it fun and personalized for every child and to prepare the children for skills required in 21st-century.
