TDS will be part of the AIS (Acute Ischemic Stroke) - Market Development team and will strongly collaborate with India commercial team, APAC Regional and Global Marketing.

The core objective of this role is to provide technical, procedural and clinical support to customers and the sales organisation by opening new accounts, conducting in services, organising animal labs, workshops, training, and proctorships, participating at congresses and other Stryker events in order to ensure a successful execution of the commercial plan.

In her/his role, the Therapy Development Specialist in coordination with the International Marketing/Therapy/Trainings teams will help support the strategic and tactical plans. Occasional support to APAC Marketing/Training Teams may be required from time to time.

In her/his role, the Therapy Development Specialist will also be required to work with the Govt/Private health Insurance to explore the possibilities of having AIS treatment covered/reimbursed for the non-affording/poor patients.

Product / Technical Sales Support :

- Act as a technical expert for the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) in the assigned area and is recognized for his vast knowledge and expertise of AIS.

- In collaboration with the India Commercial team, is responsible for coordinating and executing product training. Facilitates Physician to Physician programs and educational trainings.

- Supports field execution of sales and marketing programs through active presence in the field, working with the sales organisation.

- Assist, train the sales force in Cath Lab whenever it is necessary.

- Interacts, helps and support the country team

Quality :

- Ensures awareness and compliance with Stryker Quality objectives such as complaint report handling, compliance regulations, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors.

- Fulfill all Stryker training requirements.

Qualifications/Work Experience Required :

- 8+ years of experience preferably in the medical environment with a preferable of 4+ years of sales or marketing experience.

- Exposure to Training & educational programs is a must.

- Results oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.

- Excellent communication skills and team spirit is a must.
