Primary Responsibilities
- Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal for the assigned area/territory.
- Devise regional sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met
- Manage KOLs of the region.
- Ensure schedule & compliance adherence to various laid out processes & take action in cases of lapses by team members.
- Devise regional sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objective are met
- Provide training to the Zonal Sales team
- Work on Customer coversion plans
- Follow-up with debtors & credit control to ensure timely overall billing & collection
- Support Sales Business Manager to promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in the assigned region.
- Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tender & government businesses.
- Ensure efficient use of company's demo units in the territory.
- Collaborate & cooperate with regional teams as and when required.
- Retain key accounts & explore new account to build Strykers' customer pool
- Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the area
.
- Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno-commercial discussions
- Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies.
- Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) through clearly established systems/procedures.
