What you would do :

Launch of New Products/Technologies :


- Collaborate with local RA and global PLCM/Supply Chain teams to bring alignment on the launch preparedness and timelines.

- Plan and Prepare detailed SMART launch plans in collaboration with the APAC/International/Global marketing teams.

- Identify the training needs of the Sales team and the Physicians on the new products/technologies.

- Prepare and execute the training programs/modules for the internal as well as external stakeholders.

- Liaise with APAC/Intl/Global marketing teams to identify the proctors to be used for supporting initial cases.

- Maintain all proctor records, agreements, CVs, payments, and certification

- Arrange travel, hotel and transportation for physicians and send confirmations

- Process payment to field trainers, physician trainers (honoraria), training sites, hotels, vendors, and other services rendered

- Generate launch/progress reports on the launch of new products/technologies.

- Assist with computer generation and printing of training materials

Internal Training Programs (Local Product Training) :

- Organize regular webex/conf call sessions with the sales team to keep the team up to date with the product/therapy knowledge.

- Plan and execute the product trainings on a regular basis.

- Secure dates/rooms with appropriate hotel/institution for training site

- Plan logistics and handle contracts with vendors (transportation, catering, hotel)

- Plan dinners and evening activities

- Process payment to training sites, guest speakers

- Assist with computer generation and printing of training materials

- Coordinate with marketing coordinators and product managers on training materials to be distributed during training

- Work with product managers' presentations and assist with LAR process if necessary

- Develop and maintain an accurate and updated sales training record

- Prepare and ship all necessary demo product to animal lab and cadaver lab

- Schedule Manufacturing Tours with Production teams

Market Information :

- Develop and maintain the marketing information tools.

- Utilize the sales team and all the other resources to collect accurate and in-depth market information.

- Collect all the market data, identify the trends in market shares etc to help the BUM with formulating of SMART marketing plans.

- Identifies & recommends promotion programs and materials to help support the sales plan & strategy

- Plan and attend all the sales meetings; monthly, quarterly & annually.

- Collaborate with APAC/Intl/Global marketing teams to understand the wider market trends.

Product Promotion :

- Identifies & recommends promotion programs and materials to help support the sales plan & strategy

- Develop an in depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.

- Visit customers and/or potential customers of Stryker Neurovascular on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services

- Ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs

- Competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff

- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Stryker Neurovascular products and services

- To represent Stryker Neurovascular values and integrity. Articulate and effectively deliver key Stryker Neurovascular messages to all customers

- Conducts regular customer meetings to reinforce product features and benefits

What we need :

Minimum education : Undergraduate/Post Graduate Degree, ideally marketing or medical background preferred

Minimum experience :

1. Required minimum of 5 years of business development or/and training experience within the medical industry.

2. Sound technical expertise in neurovascular procedures, neurointerventional experience preferred

3. Exposure to conducting training programs, physician skill development programs for medical devices in general and Neurovascular devices in particular will be desired.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to work in a team environment and a matrix reporting setting

5. Excellent communication skills, having the confidence level and maturity to communicate with experienced surgeons
