What you need :

- Should have 8-10 Years of post-qualification experience. Progressive experience with a Big Four firm, or combined experience with a large/medium sized, fast-paced multi-national company.

- Experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus.

- CA, Any other recognized degree in FP&A.

- Experience in working with cross functional teams and business leaders, and in driving process changes would be a key to success

- Effective communicator and ability to lead a global (indirect) organization. Mature and able to articulate ideas and concepts well in front of senior management

- Should possess good business acumen, be process & detail oriented, pro-active & result oriented

- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal in English). Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task; strong process prioritization and time management skills.

What you will do :

This role is responsible for FP & A for the different business units in India. In addition to FP & A activities, the individual will also be engaged as a team member in some of the key strategic initiatives covering Commercial, R & D & IS Business.

Business Planning :

Partner with Finance business partners for R & D & IS in developing annual budgets, strategic plan & quarterly projections.

Business Intelligence :

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

- Reviewing processes and suggesting/ implementing improvements & changes to current procedures

- Monthly dashboard, divisional P & L preparation and reporting to the India R & D & IS leadership team

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes

Projects :

Participate in key strategic initiatives undertaken by Commercial, R & D & IS Businesses

Audit Support :

- Supporting the Statutory audit-related activities collaborating with Finance Controlling team

- Participating in process audits & corporate audits and supporting the process & controls team
