Job Profile :
Drive commercial and business excellence focusing on the following areas:
Lead Management :
- Build and implement Lead generation models across all franchises
- Implementation of Lead management system
- Build analytics and regular dashboard covering key KPIs - Conversion Ratio, Demo trend etc. and collaborating with Sales and Marketing leaders to drive improvements/optimisations
Sales Performance Management :
- Target Management
- Incentive Management
- Tracking Sales performance - Actual vs target achievement
- Using analytics to identify and drive improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the Sales Process and work on reducing them
- Market mapping & sales force productivity analysis and driving improvement initiatives
Business Intelligence & Planning :
- Make proactive trending assessments to predict performance - raise alerts for the business leaders to take proactive corrective actions
- Brand wise, Market wise performance analysis
- Quarterly Newsletters on Business performance
- Business Planning - Weekly/Monthly/Qtrly Forecasting, Annual Budgets & Strategic Planning
Sales Operations & Support :
Manage & guide the team member to provide following support:
- AR monitoring, review and action planning/tracking on collection status
- Comms Project execution co-ordination and maintaining trackers
- Demand & Fulfilment Planning co-ordination with operations
- Act as a connect between Sales team and Operations, Service & Finance teams to provide sales execution support
Minimum Qualification-Need someone with 7 plus years of exp in the related field
MBA /PGDM in Marketing .
Good exposure/experience to the analytical tool.
