Role : Structured Finance - SFG

Location : Mumbai/ Delhi

Segment : Non- infrastructure, Non- Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Support for business development and execution

- Assistance in creating and carrying out structured transactions

- Finding new prospects and cross-sector structures

- Solid knowledge of risk assessment and credit analysis

- Proficiency in engaging with diverse internal and external parties to ensure a smooth and effective deal conclusion

- Must be knowledgeable with evaluating a variety of banking and non-banking goods.

- Must be knowledgeable about the subtleties of compliances and documentation

- Help Relationship Manager grow the clientele

- Should be able to collaborate with teams on several transactions.
