Job Responsibilities :

- Source and originate corporate finance transaction mandates with CFO / Treasury / Finance Head / Promoters

- Perform initial assessment of the company like financials, ratios, industry outlook, etc., and structuring of perfect financial solution for the client

- Building B2B and B2C channels for acquisition of deals

- Effective coordination with Credit analyst

- Engage in business growth and networking opportunities

- The profile will involve traveling and engaging with the regional teams

Job Requirements :

- CA or MBA, 1-2 years of experience

- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, PPT, and Word

- Sound knowledge of structured finance products will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
