Structured Finance/CRE Loan Underwriting Role - BFSI

- Bachelor's Degree, MBA from tier 1 & tier 2 colleges

- 2 + years- experience, preferably in Structured Finance/CRE loan underwriting

- Knowledge of CMBS / CDS / ABS etc is preferable.

- Knowledge of U.S. commercial real estate industry (multifamily, office, industrial, hotel, and/or retail property loan underwriting)

- Knowledge of commercial property operating statements and rent roll analysis

- Experience in U.S. commercial loan underwriting, analyzing third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering), broker's package, and deal summary

- Possesses financial and credit knowledge, complemented by financial modelling and analytical skill sets

- Must have very strong working knowledge of Excel (VBA knowledge is optional)

- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills

- Hard working, flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
