Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Heads for our West and South regions, specializing in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within the West region, with a primary focus on driving business growth and expanding our client base among SMEs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives for the SME segment in the West/South region.

- Identify market opportunities and potential clients within the SME sector, and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to achieve individual and team targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in business operations.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Experience in the SME segment and familiarity with the West region market dynamics and client needs.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical mindset and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business environments.
