Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead our Retail Lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain programs, crafting strategic plans for lending programs, and ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:

- Develop and implement supply chain programs to enhance retail lending operations.

- Create, execute, and optimize strategies for successful program outcomes.

Strategic Planning:

- Formulate strategic plans for each lending program, defining clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

- Ensure alignment of program goals with overall organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, sales, product, and tech, to ensure cohesive and successful program execution.

- Facilitate communication and synergy among team members.

Budget Management:

- Effectively manage program budgets, allocating resources judiciously to achieve program goals.

- Monitor and report on financial aspects of each program.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business, etc.); a master's degree is preferred.

- Several years of experience in retail lending, program management, or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of retail lending products, credit risk assessment, and lending regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics
