Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in receivable management, specifically in handling a ticket size of 1 crore and above. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collections department, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, and implementing effective strategies to maximize collections efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with a ticket size of 1 crore and above, ensuring timely payments and resolution of delinquent accounts.
- Analyze aging reports, identify collection trends, and proactively address issues to minimize bad debt exposure.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve customer disputes and escalations effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth collections processes.
- Prepare and present reports on collections performance, aging analysis, and cash flow projections to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in collections management, preferably in a high-ticket receivable management environment.
- Strong understanding of collections processes, credit risk assessment, and legal compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-value accounts and achieving collections targets.
