StrideOne - Manager - Credit Risk

Primary Functions and Responsibilities :

- Work with senior leadership to analyze and implement portfolio construction and active portfolio management

- Frequent communication with portfolio companies in regard to portfolio monitoring to analyze key trends and drivers.

- Assist in review of Investment Committee memos and supporting analysis; ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of the analysis that precedes investment recommendations as well as manage the overall delivery of associated materials required for decision making.

- Analysis includes industry & competitive positioning analysis, quantitative financial analysis and modelling, financial and business due diligence, valuation and credit agreement review

- Understand different sectors through research. Monitoring the industry for current events, valuations and important financial information including those that affect clients.

- Prepare risk and performance presentations for distribution and discussion with senior management, and for use in external marketing/fundraising activities

- Contribute to various Team projects to further strengthen or enhance our investment process.

- Work closely with founders to provide direct support as deemed necessary by them

- Strong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate an ability to articulate a clear, concise analysis of investment risk and relative value.

- Evidence of intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

- Superior analytical and quantitative skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work both independently and as a productive member of a team

- Attention to detail with excellent editorial and review skills

Qualifications :

- Candidate could be an MBA from a top tier college or a CA by qualification

- 2-7 years of relevant work experience in Credit or investment
