StrideOne seeks a dynamic Credit Manager to spearhead our EV Financing division. As a Credit Manager, you'll be at the forefront of assessing creditworthiness, managing risks, and ensuring seamless approvals for EV financing proposals. Primary Responsibilities:

- Assess Creditworthiness: Evaluate applicants' creditworthiness through comprehensive analysis of financial data and credit histories.

- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate credit risks associated with EV financing transactions.

- Underwriting Excellence: Conduct meticulous underwriting of EV financing proposals, adhering to established criteria and policies.

- Timely Approvals: Expedite processing and approvals of EV financing proposals to meet customer expectations and business objectives.

- Compliance Champion: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing EV financing activities.

- Performance Monitoring: Implement robust reporting mechanisms to monitor portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in EV financing operations through continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in commercial vehicle underwriting, preferably in the EV financing sector.

- Profound understanding of credit underwriting principles and practices.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
