StrideOne - Assistant Vice President - SME Lending

Primary Functions and Responsibilities :

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.

2. Develop a deep understanding of the local SME market to identify opportunities for growth.

3. Manage and grow the SME loan portfolio while ensuring its quality and risk profile.

4. Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness of SME clients.

5. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the SME client base.

6. Create and implement strategies to acquire new SME clients and increase wallet share.

7. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Relationship Managers and Analysts.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

9. Implement effective risk management practices within the SME Banking unit.

10. Monitor and report on the portfolio's performance and risk indicators.
