Stressed Asset Resolution Professional - Bank

We are hiring Stressed asset resolution professionals for one of the leading Banks_ Mumbai location.

Job Details:

- Understanding the commercial banking needs of the clients and accordingly structuring the term and working capital facilities.

- Identifying issues in the account and suggesting resolution measures like sale of non-core assets, restructuring, refinancing, sale to ARCs/distressed funds, gradual reduction in exposure, reference to NCLT under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code etc.

- Preparing appraisal notes by conducting in-depth credit and risk analysis. Liasoning with internal groups, risk, relationship managers, overseas offices, compliance for processing the proposal thereby taking end to end ownership of the proposal.

- Tracking and monitoring the account by conducting plant/site visits, analysing account statements, monitoring cashflows etc.
