Stress Asset Manager

- Resolution Management of Corporate stressed accounts (NPA/Write-off), involving a detailed study of company's potential & industry risk & prospects.

- Managing Economic Offense Wing (EOW) and Enforcement Director (ED) matters.

- Inspecting collateral enforceability of defaulting Borrowers / review of credit files, financials and security documentation to identify causes of problems.

- Take-over of NPA cases from Business and Credit Team; further review of credit files, financials and security documentation to identify causes of problems and current status.

- Conducting site visits to the mortgaged assets for being in touch with Borrowers; risk rating, quarterly review of the accounts, collateral coverage estimates etc.
