JD for the proposed role with SSG Hyderabad. (Reporting to Team Leader SSG, exp. should be 2-4 years in banking/project finance)

- Looking candidates for wholesale business (Project finance, Asset Management) to support regional team leader in managing existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

Distress Debt Management: 

- Knowledge of resolution process under RBI; provisioning and IRAC norms; preferably be aware of ongoing cases in NCLT/DRT - being covered widely in newspapers/business portals/magazines

Deal Management :

- Business Development & Relationship Management, Negotiation,Term sheet finalization

Deal Execution : 

- Due diligence, financial modelling, Appraisal Note preparation, Obtaining Sanction & Disbursement

Portfolio Management : 

- Monitoring Asset quality, compliance adherence, maintaining credit hygiene, de-risking of assets

Coordination : 

- Product Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, Credit Audit, Back offices, Operations

Sector exp : Infrastructure, Roads, Power, Renewable, Construction-EPC, NBFCs, Supply chain, LAS and IPO

Requirements - CA/ MBA Finance - Minimum 2+ experience in the field of banking/finance is essential
