Stratum Consulting is a Strategic Business HR Firm focusing on HR Advisory, HR Consulting and Talent Acquisition. We manage Strategic Business HR Requirements for firms across various verticals all across India. Stratum Consulting is looking at scaling its HR Consulting Business and Talent Acquisition Business significantly in FY 2013 - 2014.

We are a Technology Driven Setup which focuses on following clear cut Systems & Processes for achieving the Long Term Vision of the Organization.
For the Recruitment Business, we have an opening within Stratum Consulting for a Practice Head Role that would drive the Operations of the Talent Acquisition Business. The responsibilities would encompass establishing a team of Consultants, leading and guiding them, training them, thereby, building them to grow within the Organization and also focus personally on critical mandates to be worked on. A minimum of 80% of the role would revolve around Execution Delivery. We are open to hire an individual who is focused on 100% Execution Delivery as well. Prior BD experience is not a compulsion.
The reporting would be to the Managing Partner at Stratum Consulting.
In Mumbai, we are based out of Lower Parel (which is the new hub for some of India's top recruitment firms).
Your Job Responsibilities would consist of the below:
- Align Business Activities along with Anticipated Operational Needs
- Accountability to build the business (along with the Managing Partners) in terms of scaling the team, building more bankable clients with a focus on getting majority work in the form of Retainer / Exclusive Mandates
- Hiring Strong Talent within Stratum Consulting. Managing pre hiring activities within Stratum including screening, selection, ranking candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure quality
- Heavy Focus on leading a team, guiding the employees in terms of the right way to go about focusing on closing of mandates, identifying team shortfalls with a focus on developing them. Identifying Top Performing - Individuals and carving out Growth Plans for them within the Organization
- Ensuring client satisfaction by regular analysis and upgradation of delivery quality norms. Excellent client management skills
- Prepare periodic reports for showcasing work in progress
- Managing the Corporate Recruitments for Middle / Senior / Top Level Positions with a focus on the Non IT Sector for Growth of Business. A strong preference of having candidates who have worked in the Retail / FMCG Space but this is not a deal breaker
- Following developments in the market, market research and surveys for the latest trends
Candidate Profile
- Looking at Young & Dynamic applicants to contribute to the setup
- Preferred Qualification: MBA / Masters Degree
- Minimum English Fluency / Communication Skills Required: 8 / 10 or 9 / 10
Experience - 6+ years
CTC on Offer - INR 8 Lacs per annum to INR 12 Lacs per annum
