About the role: - Work directly with the founders to build the knowledge management strategy of the platform - Liaise with consultants and experts in gathering the knowledge getting created on live and past projects - Figure out different ways and means to document knowledge that can be used for various use cases such as case studies to drive marketing efforts, sanitized knowledge assets to empower consultants getting deployed on future projects, creating compelling visuals to post on social media handles - to name a few - Build a process of capturing not just the hard knowledge but also the tacit knowledge - Work closely with the community manager to disseminate strategic elements of the knowledge to keep the community engaged - Work closely with the community in extracting additional knowledge to be positioned as crowdsourced knowledge to be available for the wider community to utilize - Work closely with the product manager in archiving and storing the knowledge on the platform in creative ways - Suggest cutting-edge tech solutions in knowledge management and work with the product manager in the integration of such solutions on exiting tech stack - The candidate will have the responsibility for supporting thought leaders and project teams by collating, organizing, and disseminating external and collective knowledge of the firm to help our project teams and the wider community. - Identify and support the implementation of innovative approaches to disseminate information and learning to project partners and external stakeholders - Deliver targeted insights using internal knowledge and external sources - Support the creation and update of knowledge assets including client updates, competitive intelligence, industry research, etc. - Maintain, manage, and develop the firm's knowledge infrastructure - Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas, and teams - Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders
