Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving the sales of our consulting services. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in selling consulting services, a consultative approach to understand client needs, and a proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and surpass revenue targets.
- Understand the needs of our clients and effectively communicate how our consulting services can address their challenges and objectives.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to build strong client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business functions, key metrics, and common challenges in large organizations.
- Possess a deep understanding of key industries, particularly manufacturing and heavy industries.
- Provide operational leadership by managing and tracking both individual and team performance.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed their goals.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Able to research industry trends, market changes, and emerging opportunities and pursue new opportunities
- Able to conduct conference calls with prospects and present the business case studies executed by StrategyCoGlobal
- Able to rapidly learn and understand past cases executed by StrategyCoGlobal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a consulting firm or a sales role in a corporate environment.
- Proven history of consistently reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business functions, metrics, and challenges in large organizations.
- Familiarity with key industries, especially manufacturing and heavy industries.
- Highly organized and operationally strong.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
