Currently we are hiring as Strategy & Transformation Associate.

Job Location: Bangalore

Industry: FMCG/Foods/Beverages.

Education: MBAs from Premier Institutes.

Job Description:

1. Strategy & Transformation associate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficacy.

2. The ideal candidate would be 2-5 years Exp in FMCG/Foods/Beverage Industry.

3. Candidate should have strong Analytical Skills, excellent communication skills and and passions for solving complex business challenges.

4. Candidate should have knowledge of strategic planning, and has to collaborate with cross functional teams to build overall strategic plans.

5. Candidate should assist top management in creating business cases, feasibility studies and financial models to support decision making process.

6. Business Transformation- Cost excellence, collaborate with finance and operational teams to reduce costs to enhance operational efficacy.

7. Support to implement cost saving initiatives monitor process.

8. Process Improvements-candidates have to conduct process assessments.
