Job Title: Strategy Specialist
( In this role we are looking for candidates who is having experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, Strategy specialist. These 3 mix of exp is required in the candidates resume. Purpose of Job :
Researching, bench-marking, and analyzing data to make strategic recommendations for company growth. Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects to operationalize new initiatives.
Job Responsibilities :
Planning :
- Create a detailed program plan including information on objective, stakeholders, timeline, etc for all projects
- Detailed tracker of all the projects in pipeline for team
Designing :
- Design questionnaire for primary research, interviews, and surveys
- Structure appropriate frameworks & scoring methodology
- Document data collation template, structure, & outcome
- Prepare a process workflow, specifications, & wireframe document
Researching (Primary & Secondary Sources) :
- Research for various strategy projects including competition, industry & market trends, new products & services initiatives, sector specific news, geography expansion, technology upgradation, customer insights, etc.
- Tap into public sources such as company websites, industry news, industry associations' publications, reports published by various players in the markets, market research abstracts, third party analyst views, databases, etc. to deliver insightful recommendations for various projects.
- Research from internal & external teams (supplier, competitor, partner, technology players, aggregators, marketplaces, etc.)
- Initiate communication with suitable partners for synergies
- Liaison with internal & external teams for finalizing project details
Analyzing & Delivering :
- Analyze & validate the information to bring out strategic insights
- Identify the pain points & gaps in the market
- Iterate till the output gets accepted & the product/partnership gets into the system
- Track, monitor, & push for the successful implementation
- Collate with various internal teams & create product/ partnership details and incorporate feedback to smoothen the process
- Finalize the findings & present the results to relevant stakeholders & leadership
- Assess the gaps between strategic planning & implementation & make relevant changes in the plan
- Help with smooth transitioning to the business & operations teams
Qualifications & Other Requirements :
- Undergraduate with 4 years of experience or MBA with 2 years of experience
- Preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 college
- High scores in competitive exams
Skills :
Technical Skills :
- Microsoft / Google suite: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial for data analysis, report creation, & presentation development
- Research: Proficiency in finding insightful & usable information through primary & secondary sources
- Strong analytical & quantitative base
- Document Management Systems: Experience with document management systems like SharePoint or Google Drive for organizing & sharing project-related files securely
- Database knowledges is a plus
