Strategy Role - Real Estate Domain - Asset Management Firm

The role in concern will get exposure to all aspects of the business from Leasing, asset disposition, development, RE finance as well as RE regulatory requirements in the country

Responsibilities include:

- Be a part of the regular review & monitoring of portfolio along with CEO

- Lead quarterly valuation of the portfolio

- Lead creation, updating, maintenance of financial models of the portfolio

- Lead preparation of quarterly performance review presentations for Indian and Global leadership

- Lead preparation of annual business plans for the portfolio setting targets for all teams

- Assess and evaluate the risks in portfolios, flag the same & propose mitigation strategies

- Interact with various stakeholders including auditors for on time and smooth valuation audit

- Interact with IPC to oversee the third-party valuation

- Oversee and manage third-party property consultants for budgeting & planning exercise

- Assist in analytical aspects of quarterly/annual investor reporting

- Real estate market research across markets

- Evaluate/assess proposed strategic initiatives for the portfolio

- Project-manage and supervise the execution of the strategic initiatives

Skills and Experience:

- MBA from top 10 MBA institute/ qualified Chartered Accountant

- 3-6 years- experience in financial modelling / investor presentation/investments/portfolio management/corporate strategy

- Familiarity with office real estate is desirable

- Readiness to work in hard deadline paced environment
