Strategy Role - Promoter Office - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Educational Qualification:

MBA from a Tier 1 institution preferred OR CA/CFA

1. Work with Promotor office to set & refine strategic agenda for the BU

2. Build relationships with key BU stakeholders in order to translate chairman's vision & strategic agenda into a bought-in set of actions Given the strategic agenda, ensure rigorous governance by conducting regular check-ins, supporting conduct of quarterly, half yearly and annual discussions with the promoters

3. Internally contributed to team building activities within Chairman's office and strengthen systems, processes & collaboration

4. Help control capital allocations: Review proposed spend elements from various BUs and help assess/ refine the same
