Experience - 5 - 10 yrs

Role

- Would be responsible for advising and assisting the Business in driving strategic initiatives and financial goals

- Business analytics, financial forecast and planning, revenue/expense drivers and variances, and sales intensity.

- Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews and town-halls.

- Supports the evaluation and development of the business long-term strategic plans across the business's departments

- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements and bench-marking information; source and interpret industry information from a variety of data sources to form views on the industry and key trends and individual companies

- Facilitate cross-functional team collaborations as well as to support executive leadership and stakeholders within the business in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business and project initiatives.

Skills

- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and spotting trends.

- Should have had strategy consulting experience with top business leadership and a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and matrix business environment.

- Strong organizational, project and time management skills

- Articulate in written and verbal communication and present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences.

- Must be a passionate team-builder, have an ability to work well with multi-functional teams, be a strategic and creative thinker, have a positive can-do attitude, and work well in a constantly evolving environment.

- Ability to work independently and partner effectively as a team player

- In-depth Knowledge in Investment Banking / Capital Markets vertical
