Strategy Role - Healthcare Benefits Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Position: Strategy Role (4-7 yrs exp) (Leading Healthcare Benefits Co)

Role :

- This position will report into the MD and be responsible for Strategic Business Vision & Roadmap for the Company

- Position will Recommended Strategic Action to increase Market Share

- Develop a market strategy for the Indian Market and present recommendations to Board on sustainable strategies.

- Responsible for Formulation and evaluation of investment decisions

- Develop the corporate strategic vision and create the business & growth plan

- Responsible for developing new positioning & sales force effectiveness

- Identify competitors to focus on and analyse Competitor Strategy and their pricing stategies

- Conducting strategic research and Go-to-Market Strategy: Preparing the go to market plan and geography-wise Pricing Strategy:

- Work on Strategic Alliances & Partnerships for new Initiatives

Requirements :

- MBA (Preferably from a premier institute)

- 4-7 yrs of experience

- Should have worked in Strategic Consulting/ in the Corporate Strategy division of a Corporate, preferably in the healthcare/ wellness domain

- Should have knowledge of the Indian Healthcare/ wellness Industry and its dynamics
