Strategy & Review Role - Retail

Target Industry: E commerce/ Retail

1. Own and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) along with leading the Quarterly/Half Yearly and Annual reviews with Group Chairman for the business responsible.

2. Handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

3. Establish and review key strategic priorities of Chairman and translate them into actionable and quantitative plans

4. Independent Evaluation of new business/ investment proposals and assist the group in decision making with initial implementation blueprint

5. Assist in facilitating effective decision-making. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives

6. Assist businesses in developing the AOP while ensuring adherence to investment principle/ operational assumptions and learning from previous achievement/issues
