Strategy & Planning Lead - CEOs Office

- Support the leadership in defining and reviewing the company's strategic direction and overall business plans (including AOP)

- Spearhead new business ideation, develop financial models and create a robust business case.

- Facilitate strategic decision making by conducting thorough industry research, identifying market trends, and conducting competition analysis.

- Spearhead the identification, planning, and prioritization of internal special projects (eg. process efficiency improvement, new technology adoption, operational excellence, cost improvements etc.)

- Conduct feasibility analyses (financial, operational) and evaluate potential impact of proposed initiatives.

- Lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional communication to drive successful implementation of the special project along with a team of internal resources.
