This role will serve as a Strategy Partner to the Chief Customer Experience Officer. 


The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Customer Experience businesses for execution of the core strategy, in line with the Bank's vision. 


The role holder is also responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in implementation of PAN-Bank strategic projects (Customer service, Complaints management, new initiatives) and addressing any potential roadblocks to success of the projects / initiatives, while ensuring synergy between various functions. 


The role holder will be responsible to critically evaluate the processes uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between a customer and the organization throughout the customer lifecycle. 


The objective is to optimize interactions from the customer's perspective and foster customer loyalty.
