About the Role : Dhruv Research is looking to recruit ambitious individuals with the zeal to solve unprecedented problem statements at the intersection of data and operations. The role will allow you to be part of the strategy formulation process and lead large scale operations across geographies in the country. You will be working on collecting data on engaging and relevant topics of national interest. About the Candidate The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of work experience in the consulting, strategy or operations planning related domains. The candidate should have high proficiency in problem-solving and good communication skills. Prior experience in data management and analysis tools is necessary. Importantly, the candidate should have a passion to think beyond the obvious and aim to create impact above all else. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop end-to-end project planning and execution processes - Lead daily operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans - Scale business operations to large geographies as and when required - Drive continuous improvements in the business models by tracking core business metrics related to the operations and improving the efficiency of the business operations - Efficiently manage multiple projects by monitoring progress and ensure completion within planned timelines with high quality output - Establish high standards of the performance by ensuring proper compliance of the set processes and protocols - Advise product teams on the feasibility of the products throughout the product life cycle - Contribute to the overall functioning of the organisation by identifying opportunities to scale Skills : - Preferable experience in the market research with strong capabilities in consulting/advisory work - Ideally, the candidate should have hands-on experience in the areas of analytics - Highly analytical and able to think laterally and in multi-dimensions - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines - Employment Type: Full Time - Experience Required: Sr. Associate (2-8 Years), Manager (4-8 Years) CTC: 70k-1.10k per month (Fixed) + Performance variable (Sr. Associate) 1.10k-1.40k per month (Fixed) + Performance variable (Manager) - Should be open for PAN India travel Priority: Urgent (Immediate joiners would be preferred) Salary - 8 LPA to 16 LPA For any query please - "9140963238"
