Strategy Mgr - Chairman's Office - Pharma - IIT/IIM

Position: Strategy Manager for the Chairman's Office

Company: A mid-size pharmaceutical company which is a client of ours

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- Engineer/ MBA from top schools with 2-4 years of experience in handling strategic initiatives (at least one of the educational qualifications must be from IITs or IIMs)

- Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information and formal/ structured presentation skills are a must.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the business

- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in Pharmaceuticals sector and/ or Consulting will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

- Identifying key sectors and strategy to target with a detailed analysis of the business portfolio.

- Supporting senior management in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination.

- Formulation of Annual Business Plan taking key business drivers & market related assumptions into account

- Preparing Monthly MIS Report which includes Variance analysis for business plans vs actual numbers
