Position Overview: As a Strategy Manager within the Unsecured Lending Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing the business performance of our unsecured business loan product. You will be responsible for financial modelling, analyzing cost and revenue, leveraging large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and streamline processes. This position reports directly to the CE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial modelling and analysis to assess the performance of the unsecured business loan product.

- Analyze cost and revenue drivers, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

- Utilize large datasets to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for strategy enhancement.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior committees, effectively communicating findings, insights, and proposed strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the product and credit teams to identify gaps in existing strategies and processes.

- Work towards streamlining processes and enabling new strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the unsecured lending business.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the unsecured lending landscape.

- Actively contribute to strategic planning sessions and provide valuable insights to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial modelling and strategy development, preferably within the financial services sector.

- MBA from Tier 1/2/3 institute

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant analytical tools.

- Proven track record of working on strategy-building initiatives, demonstrating the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
