Job description may include the following
Business Analysis:
- Collect, analyse and document business requirements based on client interviews
- Define functional, non-functional and technical specifications
Change Management, Business Readiness and Impact Assessments:
- Capture, assess and document changes to client's processes, policies, tools and other changes impacting client organization such as changes pertaining to their customers, employees, partners, agents.
- Conduct impact assessment
- Identify capability gaps, issues and areas of improvements
- Support change enablement, training and business readiness activities
Program and Project Management:
- Develop PMO assets including Project Plans, Issues and Risk Management Templates, Governance/Reporting Templates,Communication Plans.
- Project manage release milestones
- Support and facilitate UAT
Work Experience
Specific experience should include:
- 1-5 years of progressive Consulting experience in Business Analysis, Change Management and Project/Program Management areas
Mandatory experience of order Management/ Order Fulfilment/ Billing.
Should be in a client facing role.
- Supporting clients manage complex business transformations including technology deployments ( ERP, CRM, Cloud, Mobility, Social Media)
- Strong Electronics, Telecom, High Tech industry experience .
Eligibility Criteria
MBA from Tier 1 college with relevant experience.
