PMO - Financial Modelling/M&A (Startup)

- We are currently retained by a well funded start-up to hire a PMO- Financial Modelling/M&A

- The role will be overseeing various financial strategies, initiatives, investor relations, new launches, investor decks, etc. and should be able to research and analyze key industry trends, major players and competition, financial analyses, modelling, due diligence and projections.

- Before you hit the Apply key please note: Expertise in Financial Modelling, Due diligence and investor decks is non negotiable along with experience in working in a startup.

Also this needs someone with hands on experience in financial modelling, due diligence.

Also this isn't a typical corporate or business finance role.

Responsibilities:

- Work on Financial Modelling and Due Diligence

- Do in-depth due diligence on proposed M&A

- Create investor decks with in-depth financial data by working closely with various businesses

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of information before sharing with investors.

- Lead a variety of projects on various financial initiatives attached to finance leaders.

- Data Analysis of received data from various stakeholders and systems into a presentable form. Excellent MIS and analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment.

- Provide business finance support to the various stakeholders.

To fit the Bill:

- 5+ years experience of handling financial modelling and M&A due diligence

- MBA in Finance from Tier 1/2 institute.

- Hands on experience on Financial modelling, due diligence and Investor relations.

- Cross function engagement/strong stakeholder management is required

- Strong analytical bent of mind.

- Excellent communication skills as well as presentation skills with the ability to conduct presentations comfortably to senior stakeholders
