Strategy Manager to Plant/Operations Head (Manufacturing)

Responsible for ensuring operational excellence & providing strategic direction to the team, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, purchase and warehousing across the organization. Increase organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability and will help the organization in its scale up journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute strategy for effective management of the business.

- Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy.

- Support Sales and Marketing team to achieve high growth.

- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth.

- Present operational strategy recommendations to the Plant / Operations Head based on your market research.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with Minimum 2+ of experience post MBA from top B School.

2. Strategic planning and operational excellence background.

3. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale operations and driving operational excellence.

4. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

5. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

6. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

7. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
