Strategy Manager @Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Strategy Lead for an early-stage D2C company bringing exciting new brands (FMCG & Interiors) to the Indian market Role: - Be a part of & subsequently lead new business/functional strategic activities - Focus on streamlining and coordinating strategic initiatives - Oversee cross-functional communications - Set priorities for business goals Job Description: - Work directly with the Founder on existing business goals - Manage & participate in new business/strategic initiatives as a part of the Founder's office - Help priorities & launch new products/businesses - Assist in stakeholder management and future financing rounds Requirements: - 2 to 4 years of related experience in start-up and/or consulting firm in FMCG/Apparel/Fashion space is mandatory - Excellent understanding of business drivers - Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
