Responsibilities
a) Assist in formulating the organization's overall strategy and business plans
b) Develop comprehensive plans for new initiatives, including objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and performance metrics
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, set objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative.
d) Monitor and track progress against strategic goals, identifying risks and opportunities and taking corrective actions as needed
e) Serve as a strategic advisor providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive outcomes. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
Requirements
Experience(Yrs) 5-8 years
Educational qualification MBA, prior experience as EA to CEO, Chief of staff etc
Skills Required: Communication, Presentation, Data Analysis, Research Oriented, Business Understanding
a) Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
b) Proven expertise in stakeholder management, aligning with cross-functioning teams and bringing them to a consensus.
c) Sharp business acumen and problem solving skills
d) Should have worked in cross-functional environments and led cross-functional teams to drive
