Strategy Manager - AgriTech

We are currently retained by a leading Agri-tech player (well-funded and established) to hire a Strategy Manager for them.

As a Strategy manager, you will be developing, and executing key strategic initiatives and playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's future.

Please note that candidates with prior experience of strategy in Agritech or having the understanding of the agri sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic initiatives by analysing market trends and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with different teams and engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and foster strategic partnerships.

- Identify and excel in new business models with market research and insights.

- Oversee the execution of strategic projects and coordinate with teams to ensure relevant resource allocation.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with positive attitude and initiatives.

To Fit the bill, you must have:

- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and product management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- MBA from a good Institute preferred.
