Strategy Lead - Mainline ATL & Digital

We are Hiring Strategy Lead (Mainline ATL + Digital) For The Mainline Creative Agency.

Location: Delhi/ Gurgaon

Key accountabilities:

- Provide the overall strategic direction for the clients

- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (local and regional teams), clients, media, and creative partners

- Apply a deep understanding of the consumer in response to all communication briefs.

- Translate consumer understanding into actionable, fact-based, communication strategies

- Build quality relationships with key internal and external people

- Deliver innovative and proactive solutions in problem-solving

- Create the vision and strategy and then inspire others to work towards it

- Deliver excellence in execution.

- Contribution to the company e.g., pitches, company meetings

- Provide business updates and proactive stakeholder management.

Ideal Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of the digital media and Mainline Media landscape and attribution models

- Worked as part of a team to devise strategies to solve business problems, generate tactics to meet goals, and demonstrate success against those goals

- A proven track record in pursuing a creative approach to problem-solving, and being able to articulate your thinking to persuade others to your point of view

- A strong grounding in media planning fundamentals and a deep understanding of the media landscape

- Experience using various consumer and brand research and data sources to validate your thinking; demonstrated ability in capturing important insights from research
