About the role -

1. The client is a B2B product marketplace

2. They are launching a Logistics marketplace that will provide Logistics on Demand services to its clients in the marketplace

3. We need candidates who have good experience in Logistics or Supply chain consulting

Job Description

1. Manages and prepares all the strategic plans to meet the long term as well as short term goals

2. Identifying the specific time and resources needed to meet business goal

3. Develop and recommend viable scenarios for mitigating any potential risks

4. Develop and manage their business's key performance indicators (KPI) to forecast and analyze company performance

5. Manage all existing department strategies to ensure all departments align with the business's key strategies

6. Collaborate with the senior executive leadership in setting the businesses' agenda and vision

7. Use analytics for benchmarking initial results to measure long-term market trends which aid in making financial and resource decisions.

8. Take unique initiatives which help provide alternative solutions to the complex business problems

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Strategy planning and execution

- Post-Graduation form tier 1 institute like (IIMs, ISB, NITIE etc)

- Leadership Skills - Ability to motivate, inspire, encourage and challenge the team to maximize their productivity

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
