Strategy Lead- Business Initiatives/Key Account Management

- We are currently retained by a leading tech startup in the country (well-funded and established) to hire a Strategy Lead for them.

- Does a role on working with building B2B business development and new growth strategies with CXOs and taking a startup to the next level excite you? Then read on:

- The role provides you the opportunity to work directly with CXOs, business leaders and teams to ensure that you build and maintain strategies for Business Development and Growth Initiatives including Key Account Management.

- This role will encompass overseeing business expansion, business planning and new account management and therefore needs you to bring good experience in developing B2B strategies in your past work experience.

- Please Apply only if your core focus has been on developing business development and growth related strategies which have instrumental in exponential growth at a startup. This is neither a pure play BD role nor just a CXO office operational excellence role.

Key Aspects of the role :

- Lead research and analysis on new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape and cross-business segment opportunities

- Analyze and present competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas.

- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize changes on strategy.

- Manage and develop Investor confidence on strategy and growth

- Develop strategic presentations for use (internally and externally).

- Provide all necessary support for seamless execution of strategy discussed in projects

To fit the bill :

- You must be a BE/MBA from Tier 1 institutes.

- A minimum of 8 years of exp. in building new B2B and growth strategy.

- Exp. in developing Pan-India strategies and Account Management with at least one startup
