Job Description :

- The Strategy Head - Recycling will be responsible for designing business strategies in keeping with the vision outlined for the Recycling Business by the Board of Directors.

- Partner with external stakeholders, including Government authorities to develop the Business Vertical, strengthen it, and ensure its sustainability.

Client Details :

An Indian Conglomerate that operates and works in Metal Recycling, Trading, and Manufacturing operations headquartered in Mumbai, India.

They are one of the leading players in the field of scrap trading and processing.

Description :

- The Strategy Head- Recycling would be responsible for designing business strategies in keeping with the vision outlined for the Recycling Business by the Board of Directors.
- Partner with external stakeholders, including Government authorities to develop the Business Vertical, strengthen it, and ensure its sustainability.
- Project commissioning and execution for each MRF (Materials Recovery Facility).
- Participate in Business-critical functions and industry events to promote the Brand.
- Work in close collaboration with the CFO's office to plan Budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to Investment risk and return.
- Work in close collaboration with HR regarding hiring practices, and C&B disbursement.
- Oversee and monitor strategic competitiveness through Quality Control across the Business Vertical, establishing goals for each sub-vertical in consulting and partnership with the HODs and Branch Heads.
- Survey of the Ecosystem and EHS Impact Assessment.
- Design and develop by applying the latest technology-driven tools and methodology.

Profile :

- 10+ yrs of experience mandatory in the field of manufacturing and production, and recycling Business.

- Based out of Mumbai city
