Strategy Head - President Office - FMCD

Job Desription:

- Work with the President's Office to formulate and deliver a 5-year roadmap for turbo-charged growth of the brand in key growth markets- Asia, & MENA.

- Explore, evaluate, and recommend organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

- Formulate the key geography, channel and product building blocks for the Strategic Plan and build a detailed operating plan for the immediate 18-24 months.

- Drive selected projects to deliver the strategic plan and create systems and processes to streamline operations.

- Lead Competition Tracking and market/industry/trends analysis.

- Collaboration: Build cross-functional synergies with all functional heads to streamline strategic initiatives and oversee program management including goal alignment.

- Communication: Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - Leadership team meetings, board meetings, strategy reviews, townhalls, etc.

- Review: Prepare and maintain critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically.
