Strategy Head - Agro Commodity Firm

International Trade

- Coordinating with Export department as per Export Shipment requirement.

- Inspecting the quality of the cargo as per buyer requirement, Monitoring preparation of statutory books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

- Supervising the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilisation of available funds towards the accomplishment of corporate goals.

Logistic Management

- Managing all Export documents. (Insurance, Export Packing list & Export Invoice, Custom document etc.)

- Preparing & presenting various weekly / monthly MIS reports pertaining to financial operations.

- Complete logistic control and management. (Ocean freight / Vessel Schedule)

Procurement

- Understanding of commodities nature & source markets and the supply & demand fundamentals that make up price risk management.

- Ability to plan, communicates, present and execute complex procurement strategies.

- Understanding of the relationship between commodity price movement and specific risk to the business.

Price & Trend Analysis

- Monitoring day-to-day developments in the global market and reacting positively and creatively to international economic and political developments.

- Forecasting market direction.

- Handling the full import export documentation involved in the complete trade Understanding of commodities nature & source markets and the supply & demand fundamentals that make up price risk management.
