The responsibilities of this position are:

1. Co-create and implement effective strategies and tactical initiatives across assets.

2. Contribute to and ensure incomes from signages, kiosks, and events at centers meet or exceed budgets.

3. Create and implement effective strategies and tactical initiatives for assets

4. Ensuring the strategies are in line to achieve the projected budgets (Footfall & Consumptions) in all assets.

KEY RESULT AREAS/KEY DELIVERABLES:

a. Develop and implement Annual Marketing Calendars detailing strategic and tactical initiatives for each asset

b. Develop and implement Annual Marketing Strategy for Corporate direction

c. Conceptualise, negotiate, and collaborate towards ensuring delivery of 3 key events every year at a national / very large scale that is rolled out across assets.

d. Develop and run PR campaigns, blogs, media functions, press conferences, and corporate events for both the Corporate Structure & Assets

e. Implement the customer's database management processes and related communication, programmed thru the automation platform, in all assets

f. Strategies, Enhance and implement Customer delight programs across all centers

g. Conduct business analysis, derive and document business requirements, plans, and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives for every asset as well as corporate

h. Review, evaluate and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs of every asset

i. Budgeting and financial control at centers as also at, for all marketing activities

j. Monitoring the Marketing incomes to be generated for the assets, effectively for as well

Level of Education:

MBA in Marketing / Post graduate in marketing

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in marketing domain dealing with Brand, strategic marketing, related income generation.

Knowledge: Detail and experience in,

- Offering marketing, partner marketing, market research and customer database / analytics

- Sound fundamentals in marketing strategy, brand building and implementation skills

- Brand Key / other constructs of a brand,

- Customer delight and related art and science.

REQUIRED SKILLSETS:

- Presentations and pitching - both verbal and written

- Creative thinking and ability to stay on effective, object focused strategy at all times

- Planning and organizing skills - ability to plan ahead, be mindful of deadlines and manage a variety of projects at the same time. A good eye for detail is required.

- Budget and financial monitoring and planning

- Managed a profit center

- Team player and negotiation skills

- Working with diverse personalities across external and internal stake holders / clients

- Achievement and results Orientation.

- High levels of energy, commitment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent in relationships management.

- Ability to work independently under pressure and be highly organised

- Ability to translate brand attributes into steps and actions for the organization to 'live the brand
