Strategy Consulting Role - Training Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

This role will trust you with responsibilities such as :

1. It will require you to Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment.

2. The responsibility to assigning work streams among the teams and monitor progress

3. Understand the needs of our clients and business situations and come up with actionable solutions

4. Communicate business data and the relevant knowledge while explaining insights to the stakeholders.

5. You will be front-ending UpSkillie in consulting clients for their business problem needs and how they can improve their business with the help of UpSkillie. A good hold over communication skills is a must for this.

6. Drive commercial acumen to build business models which drive a win-win result to UpSkillie and our partners.

You will be a suitable candidate for us if you have these?

1. You hold an MBA from a reputed institute or an undergraduate degree from Tier - I institute with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business management.

2. Should have demonstrated extreme levels of partner orientation.

3. Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.

4. Good command of English language with ability to communicate complex ideas through simple words.

5. Have the proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.

6. Start-up acumen: Ability to get your hands dirty in an unstructured environment
