- The client is a well known unicorn FINTECH /NeoBank

- For its various strategy initiatives across business teams ; its scouting for candidates from well known Consulting firms and strategy teams working with Financial brands :

Role Specs:

- Handle strategy initiatives of the bank by closely working with multiple teams.

- Tracking of high level business metrics, product profitability and competitive benchmarking.

- Business scenario mapping including regulatory issues, policy issues to enable decision making.

- Assess various business teams operational and strategic performance.

The preferred candidate :

- MBA from a top B School like IIMs, FMS, XLRI . preferably with a engineering degree.

- Should be working with well known Consulting Firms on Strategy initiatives ; preferably with Financial Services and Banking Clients.

- Ability to handle multiple project deadlines.
