Strategy & Consulting Analyst - PBNA

- Work with Strategy team to address key business questions and issues across PBNA

- Execute on time-sensitive requests from team and PBNA leaders, as well as cross-functional business partners

- Understand past/current performance of key competitors and drivers of share swings; analyze syndicated data (IRI) to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities

- Monitor current events across United States LRBs (liquid refreshment beverages) as well as consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic/geopolitical trends and provide updates/potential impact to team and PBNA leadership

- Serve as analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights

- Assist in building "Executive Ready" project deliverables in partnership with project leaders

- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology

- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment

- 10-12 years of experience in to strategy

- Experience within strong top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred

- Very strong analytical skills - excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing/growth forecasts, etc.)

- Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insight

- Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process/guidance

- Balance of data experience across Financial / P&L and broader consumer/shopper/commercial insights in a CPG environment

- Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to producing visually compelling presentations (i.e., beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with a senior audience

- Clarity in communication (English language) to enable production of a very high standard of commentary that is impactful and credible amongst our most senior audiences.

- Knowledge of syndicated data (IRI and/or Nielsen)

- Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/finance, Master's degree is a plus

- Propensity to learn software systems

- Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and attention to detail

- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams

- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
